Good morning! I hope you all are enjoying the holidays and this slow week in between Christmas and New Year’s- one of my favorite weeks of the year! I feel like this week is the perfect built in time to slow down, reflect on the past year, and begin to anticipate the upcoming one. I know New Year’s goal setting isn’t for everyone, but if you follow me, you know I love it. If you do too, I wanted to share several (TEN!) printables that might be useful to you as you plan for 2025.
This email is going to contain a lot of printables— I wanted them to all be in one, easy to find place! But, please don’t use all of them. I have come up with these over the last five years and have used different combinations of them, but using all would be v overwhelming. Choose the ones that make the most sense for your life or that you’re the most excited about!
*ALSO! This email is long, to see all ten printables you may have to expand the email or view on the Substack app or website. You should see printables for goal setting, habit tracking, and decluttering.
I decided not to put these behind the paywall as a thank you so much for being here. With that being said, if you’d like to share these with others, please give them the link to this post (rather than just sharing the PDF) and I’d love if you’d tag me if you share on social media— both are free ways to support me, thank you so much! 😊 Paid subscribers will have some brand new 2025 printables coming up soon. If you’d like to receive those or support my work, please consider becoming a paid subscriber for $5 a month.
Okay! Let’s get to the printables!
Goal setting printables:
2024 reflection and 2025 brainstorming sheet: If you’ve been around awhile, you’ll know these are my favorite. Use the 2024 one to reflect on each category and use the 2025 page to brainstorm goals for the upcoming year. There are also blank versions included so that you can reflect on your goals each month if you’d like to!
Sticky note goal setting: Another oldie but goodie! Use the smaller size square Post It notes on these printables to break your yearly goals into medium monthly goals and even smaller weekly goals.
Page flag goal setting printable: This printable uses small page flags and helps you break down yearly goals into quarterly, monthly, and weekly goals (all on one page!)
25 in 2025 bingo card: The idea of 25 in 2025 comes from Gretchen Rubin— it’s basically just 25 goals for the new year, but many of them are fun or are a play on the year 2025 (example: read 25 books, go outside for 25 minutes a day, etc). It just so happens that 25 goals fit perfectly on a bingo card this year! Color in each box as you complete your goals throughout the year and see how many bingos you can get. I haven’t filled mine out yet this year, but once I do, I plan on displaying this in my office to help keep my goals in mind.
Habit trackers:
Basic monthly habit tracker: This PDF includes monthly habit trackers for all twelve months with options to track three or five habits.
Daily/weekly/monthly habit tracker: This is the most recent habit tracker that I’ve been sending out- there is a spot to track habits that you want to do daily, weekly, and monthly all on one sheet! I’ve included trackers for all twelve months on this PDF.
Weekly habit trackers: If you’d rather track your habits week by week- this is the printable for you! If you’d like to make it reusable, you can laminate it, or use a dry erase pocket and a dry erase marker.
Year long habit tracker: If there are a habit (or two) that you really want to master this year, a year long tracker is perfect to keep track.
Decluttering printables:
2025 Decluttering tracker: If decluttering is one of your goals for 2025, you can use this printable to help you keep track and stay motivated. I know 2025 seems like a ton, but I promise you probably have more than you think. In 2022 I filled it out two and a half times 🙈
In and out tracker: Another printable that made a big impact in my life is this in and out tracker. I admittedly didn’t use this all year, but I did use it for several months and let me tell you— tracking what is coming IN to your house is extremely eye opening and may help you understand why your house feels cluttered, despite decluttering 😬
I hope you were able to find a few resources to support your goals this year! We’ve been hosting family this week, so I haven’t solidified my own 2025 goals yet- but as I do, there’s a good chance there will be more printables coming 😂 keep an eye out!
I hope you have a nice, restful, and reflective week! Thank you so much for being here😊
So helpful! Is there a link for the 25 in 2025 Bingo?
Thank you so Much!!! This is a must have!!!
